Brazil 24.Jun.1950 (C253; Scott #696; Yvert #484): 1950 Football, Soccer World Championship held in Brazil and won by Uruguay on 2 Official Souvenir Sheets of F.P.F. - Federação Paulista de Futebol - (Soccer Federation of São Paulo), forming a kind of a Maximum Card. The red cancel depicts a ball. On the back there is the list of all participant countries. The designs of the Sheets are the reproduction of the 2 Official Posters of the 1950 World Cup: One shows the Maracanã Stadium and Guanabara Bay entrance  where is the Sugar Loaf Hill. The other one shows a player's leg and feet on a ball and his sock shows the flags of all participants. Very interesting items and extremely hard to find together.
