I am not sure of their origin. They are  wonderfully carved man and woman figurines. They are carved from a heavy dark wood. They are each approx. 12" Tall. There is a chip approx. 1" X 1/2" on the front of the base of the male figure. Other than that they appear in good condition. I am not an expert nor have very little knowledge on these figurines   Florida resident add 7% Sales Tax. We try to describe items fairly and honestly.
